TradeDocs — export documents from one deal

Enter seller, buyer, terms, and line items once. Preview and download a quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, commercial invoice, and packing list—same data, five PDFs.

TradeDocs

TradeDocs is built for Chinese exporters. Fill company letterhead, line items, and trade terms once, then switch among five fixed-layout documents and download PDF. Labels default to English; Chinese or bilingual packs are available. It is not a customizable quotation builder—that is Quotely.

Five documents, one deal

Change the quote and the PI, contract, invoice, and packing list follow. Switch types without retyping header or lines.

Who it is for

  • Export sales repeating QT / PI / CI / PL for the same buyer
  • Documentation staff checking five forms before shipment
  • Teams that do not want to layout Word files by hand
  • Companies that reuse logo, letterhead, and bank details across documents

TradeDocs vs Quotely

Quotely and TradeDocs are both built by ComTools. They cover two steps in the export workflow.

  • Custom templates, formula pricing, catalogs, and share links → use Quotely (this site)
  • Standard QT, PI, contract, commercial invoice, and packing list from one deal → use TradeDocs
  • TradeDocs does not offer a drag-and-drop template designer; layout stays consistent for overseas buyers

Accounts are separate. Stay on Quotely for flexible quotations. Open TradeDocs when you need PI, contract, invoice, and packing list together.

Three steps to the first quote

  1. Complete company profile: letterhead, bank details, and logo appear on later documents.
  2. Pick products and create a deal: buyer, currency, Incoterms, and payment terms.
  3. Preview and download PDF: switch among five document types, then send to the buyer.
