Who builds it

ComTools (https://comtools.cn) builds productivity software. Quotely is the quotation product in that family. There is no separate legal entity required to name the product: the publisher is ComTools.

Customer data pledge

We never sell, rent, trade, or leak customer data. Quotations, customer records, product catalogs, and templates are your business secrets — protecting them is a baseline, not a slogan.

A quotation often includes customer names, contacts, prices, configurations, discounts, and commercial terms. If that leaks, it can harm your negotiations, relationships, and competitive position. We treat confidentiality as an obligation.

Quotely isolates data by account: you only see what belongs to you. Other users cannot open, search, or export your quotes or customer lists. A quote stays private until you personally create and send a share link.

Our commitments

• We will never sell, rent, trade, or publish your customer data, quotations, templates, product catalog, or company profile
• We will never give that data to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties for marketing or profiling
• We will never use the customer list in your account to email, text, or otherwise promote to those contacts
• We will not use your quotation contents for public case studies, demos, or model training unless you give separate written consent
• Staff will not browse your quotes. Access happens only when you request support and only to the minimum needed to fix the issue
• Share links work only after you create them, and they expose only the quotation you chose to share
• Accounts are strictly isolated. No other user can access your data without authorization

Your data stays yours

You retain rights to the templates, quotations, customers, and products you create. You may view, edit, export, or delete them at any time. We host this content only so you can keep working, export PDFs, and send share links.

How we use data

We process data only to run the quotation product: sign-in, account isolation, storing what you write, generating PDFs and share links, and keeping the service secure. We do not use it for other purposes.

Offline and private deployment

The default product is the online service. If you need an intranet, offline, or on-premise deployment, contact us and we will review your case.

Quotely is primarily a browser-based online service: sign up and start quoting, with no local install. That fits most teams.

Some organizations cannot keep quotations or customer records on a public cloud because of data residency, air-gapped networks, compliance, or customer contracts. We take those inquiries — including offline, intranet, and private deployments.

• Must run on your intranet or in your data center, with no public internet
• Need a dedicated database so data stays on your servers
• Need a private license for your organization rather than a multi-tenant cloud account
• Need integration with existing systems, or deployment under your security rules

Email us with team size, whether offline is required, the target environment (intranet / private cloud / dedicated server), and timeline. We will discuss what is feasible. Not every scenario can be delivered immediately.
