Follow the screenshots from signup to client review—no training course required.
- 1
Sign in to the dashboard
After signup, the dashboard shows template and quote counts, 6-month creation trends, quote totals, and recent quotations. Click “New quotation” to get started.

- 2
Pick an industry template preset
Open Templates to browse presets for software, construction, marketing, and more. Click “Use preset” to clone one, or “New template” to start from scratch.

- 3
Design your template visually
Drag fields from the library to build headers, party info, line-item tables, and summary formulas. Style tables in the properties panel, then save the structure.

- 4
Fill the quote — totals auto-calculate
Create a quote from your template, pick a customer, and enter line items. Subtotals and grand totals update automatically. Save, export Excel, or download an image.

- 5
Share a link with your client
From the quote list, open Share to generate a login-free link. Optionally require an access code, copy the URL, and track view counts.

- 6
Clients review online and download PDF
Clients open the share link to review the full quote in the browser—no account needed. They can download PDF or image for archiving and sign-off. Open the English live demo to see exactly what clients receive.

Tips
- Start from an industry preset and tweak fields—it is faster than building from zero.
- Configure formulas in the template once; when quoting you only enter business data.
- Share links support optional access codes for external clients.
- The client view includes PDF download—more professional than screenshots or Word files.
