Step 1: Open the dashboard
After signup, the dashboard summarizes template and quote counts, 6-month trends, and quote totals. Use the “New quotation” button in the top right to start quickly.
The sidebar links to templates, quotes, customers, products, and settings. Fill in company defaults under Settings so future quotes inherit your letterhead and terms.

Step 2: Choose an industry template
On the Templates page, browse presets for software, construction, marketing, renovation, and more. Each preset includes headers, party info, line tables, and summary formulas.
Click “Use preset” to clone one into your account, or “New template” to build from scratch.

Step 3: Design the template visually
The builder is drag-and-drop: field library on the left, live A4 preview in the center, properties panel on the right for labels, columns, and table styling.
Configure formulas once—when quoting, changing quantity or price updates subtotals and grand totals automatically. Save the structure when done.

Step 4: Fill in the quote
Create a quote from your template, name it, select a customer, and enter line items with qty and unit price. Subtotals and summaries recalculate on the fly.
Save when finished, or export Excel / download an image. Focus on business data—the math is handled for you.

Step 5: Share a link with your client
From the quote list, click Share to generate a login-free URL. Toggle access-code protection if needed, then copy the link and code to email or chat.
View counts appear in the dialog so you know when the client opened it. Revoke and regenerate links anytime.

Step 6: Client review and PDF download
Clients open the share link without signing up—full quote with line items, totals, and payment info. Download PDF or image from the top-right actions.
Open the English live demo to see exactly what clients receive—no signup required.
